Les Turner Symposium on ALS Highlights Ongoing Commitment to Understanding and Advancing ALS Research
Tara Lincoln, Director of Operations & Administration at the Packard Center, recently participated in the 2024 Les Turner Symposium on ALS, held at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
The annual symposium brought together a distinguished group of ALS experts, including leading scientists, clinicians, and individuals directly impacted by the disease. Of special note, two members of the Packard Center’s Scientific Advisory Board delivered presentations: Dr. Lindsey Hayes from Johns Hopkins University and Dr. Evangelos Kiskinis from Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine. In addition, Dr. Pietro Fratta from University College London, and a Packard Center funded investigator, also presented at the symposium.
The event highlighted the ongoing commitment to understanding and advancing ALS research, featuring insights from leading ALS scientists, clinicians, and those experiencing the condition firsthand.
